Q Will there be any additional costs or fees other than the one quoted price for each chair? A NO. One price covers everything: shipping costs within the continental US plus a one year in-home service warranty. Q How long will it take for my chair to be delivered? A We have access to warehouses in strategic locations throughout the U.S. that keep most chairs in stock. Stocked chairs can be shipped immediately. You may call our 800 number to see if your chair is in stock. Q Do you handle my Medicare claim? A No. Medicare may pay a percentage of the cost of your chair if a claim is approved. We would be forced to increase our prices to handle medicare claims which would result in higher prices to you. Our stated goal is to provide you with an opportunity to puchase your chair at the lowest possible price. Our approach minimizes your out of pocket cost simply by allowing you to send in your own claim. Q How does your warranty work? A We talk about 2 warranties throughout our site, the factory warranty and our in-home service warranty. Each chair comes with a factory warranty from one to four years as described in our site section for each chair. In additon, we provide (at no extra cost) a one year in-home service warranty. This service warranty offers convenient service in your home by simply calling an 800 number any time during the first year. Q Is all shipping included? A Normal delivery costs are included in our one quoted price for any purchases delivered within the continental US. For special quick shipping or orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or other foreign countries, there may be additional freight charges.
