| The Facility Manager from Falls Church, Virginia would recommend this to a friend. | |
| A Little About Myself | 64 year-old retired government employee |
| Pros | 100% on target. Wished I had purchased this lift chair instead of the previous lazy boy that gave me 3 years of aggravation. |
| Cons | None |
| Service & Delivery | Excellent!!!! Delivery personnel were courteous and very respectful of my property. |
| I will buy another one in the future and I truly hope that (it is as good as well). | |

| A Little About Myself | Medical Professional and Caregiver |
| Pros | It's sturdy and comfortable |
| Cons | Awkward storage for switch. |
| I put velcro attachments on switch and chair for easier use. My husband used it for ease in helping him stand or return to bed. I would often use it to sleep in so I could be near him during the night. | |

| A Little About Myself | Obese |
| Pros | Durable, comfortable, and sturdy. |
| Cons | None |
| Service & Delivery | The delivery was on time. They tried to get me to sign that I gave permission for them to remove if from the box and it was fine, after they already did it. Then they lied and said that that signature wasn't the one for the overall delivery acceptance. After talking by phone to a supervisor they delivered the chair, were cooperative, and then had me sign. It turns out that they had lied as there was only one signature line and needed only one signature. Had I signed earlier I would have given them the opportunity to give me a damaged item or leave it right in the building lobby. |
| I use the liftchair daily. It is so much easier to sit down and get up. It is everything that they said it would be. Real advertising. | |

| Allie from Santa Rosa, CA would recommend this to a friend. | |
| A Little About Myself | Working professional. Caregiver of average health. |
| Pros | Sturdy |
| Cons | This liftchair is difficult to move and required 2 people to move it. It does not fit tall people at all. |
| Service & Delivery | "We paid to have the chair delivered and set-up. The delivery person wanted to leave it on our front step. It required my husband (who is sick) to help carry it into the house. A treasured nick-nack was broken by the delivery person. It is a very good chair but not as advertised." |
| I am 5'6", 200 lbs and it fits me perfectly. Anyone much bigger would have difficulty using this chair. It did not meet the expectations however, created by the sales person. | |
