|Cons||Can't think of one. Absolutely not one con. I am 61 and it took me 2 minutes to set up.|
|Service & Delivery||We had the chair 3 days after we ordered it. WOW!|

|Satisfied in Alaska from Alaska would recommend this to a friend.|
|A Little About Myself||83 year-old male with both knees and both hips replaced.|
|Pros||Reasonable price, properly sized, firm but yet comfortable and meets all the needs of the person needing it.|
|Cons||Can't think of a thing...|
|Service & Delivery||The salesperson I spoke with was very helpful in pointing me to this chair rather than one more expensive and not fitting my size and my needs. Delivery was on time and as promised which is great for a delivery to Southeast Alaska.|
|I was totally against getting one of these chairs, it is a pride thing with me. Once I tried it and found out I was no longer needing to make several attempts to get out of my chair it was wonderful. I recommend this chair to anyone needing assistance in getting out of a chair. The reclining part isn't to bad either...........|

|Bill retired from Palm Beach Gardens, FL would recommend this to a friend.|
|A Little About Myself||70 year-old retired Dean of a national vocational college, who has a knee replacement.|
|Pros||The smaller size lift chair is a big advantage in a small den. Excellent comfort and long enough to comfortably fit my body. Microfabric is very comfortable and easy on the body.|
|Cons||More padding at the bottom of the back cushion..you can feel the wood frame in the full recline position.|
|Service & Delivery||Exactly as promised...but the driver could not be convinced to help me pull the chair just inside the door over the step.|
|Terrific company to work with..their comparison charts made it easy to decide on the best value and fit..the salesteam was a pleasure to talk to and work with.|
