| A Little About Myself | Daughter of a petite Mom, who is maybe 4'10" and 93 lbs. |
| Pros | I located the chair/company on-line. They were great to work with, and the chair arrived early. The size is perfect for a petite person! Mom really likes her new chair! |
| Cons | I'm a little concerned how the microsuede fabric will wear. Unfortunately, Mom has gotten sick in her new chair, so I've already cleaned it once. |
| Service & Delivery | I spoke to a company representative on the phone and then worked with him by e-mail for the entire transaction. It was nice to be in contact with the same individual throughout the purchase. Delivery was timely and the delivery person called to schedule delivery. |
