Return Policy

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item has been inspected. The original credit card is credited. For check payments, you will be mailed a refund check.

Refused Product Policy

The customer is responsible for freight costs both ways and 15% restocking applies for all refused products that have left the warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

The customer is responsible for freight costs both ways and 15% restocking applies for all canceled orders that have left the warehouse. $50 processing charge for cancellations of ordered products that have not left the warehouse.

  • Pride Leather Lift Chairs
    Leather lift chairs are custom made to your order and as such there are no returns accepted on this product.

    Cancellation fee is $200.00 on Leather Lift chairs after 24 hours from the date of order.

  • Bathtub Lifts - Bath Lift Chairs

    Bath Lifts are Non-Returnable.

  • Seat Lifts
    Seat Lifts Are Non-Returnable.

  • Lift Chairs

    For all orders you have 10 days from the date your lift chair arrives to inspect it for damages or defects. In the case that you find any damages or defects, your chair will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you by the manufacturer.

     

    We cannot accept returns on custom orders. Cancellations can only be made on custom orders if the chair has not gone into production. A lift chair is considered a "custom order" when there is a fabric upgrade and/or there is an addition of optional features. This means that any lift chair that is ordered with fabric upgrades such as vinyl, suede, leather, Promessa, or Brisa or any chair that is ordered with fabrics from other lines, known as crossover fabrics, cannot be returned. We apologize for this strict policy, but customized lift chairs can not be resold.

     

    For all standard lift chair orders (not involving damages or defects) you have 10 days from delivery to decide if you would like to return your lift chair. Please call our customer service number at 1-800-736-0214 to make a return. We will provide you with a return authorization release form by email or fax. Please sign this form and return it to us and we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will be required to pay for packing and shipping the lift chair. Once the chair has been delivered to the manufacturer and determined to be in like new condition you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and a minimum $190.00 freight charge.

    Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. 4 Lift Chairs assigns its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
